We take care of the skin, but what happens
to the flesh underneath the skin? with the muscles?

The muscles of the face, also known as facial muscles, are a complex network of muscles that allow for a wide range of expressions and movements. There are over 40 different muscles in the face alone, each with a unique function in conveying emotions, facilitating speech, and supporting essential functions such as eating and breathing. These muscles are responsible for controlling facial expressions such as smiling, frowning, and raising eyebrows, which play a significant role in nonverbal communication and social interactions.
Muscles work in pairs to produce movement: when one muscle contracts, the opposite muscle relaxes to allow for smooth, coordinated movement.

Just as we work the muscles of the body to have a young and harmonious body, we can also work the muscles of the face.

The benefits of the facial exercises and massage

It's difficult to step out of your comfort zone and start something new, especially when you don't have much time.

When it comes to physical or facial exercises, we do think about where to put this in our lives. Why? Because we already have a plate full of things to do and we don't need other things to load our schedule. If I told you that this is a natural method of rejuvenation but also an anti-stress factor that costs extremely little, would you believe me?
Think about it! Your mind is in a rush from morning to night and to take a break you usually go on social media where you put your mind to even more work, thinking that you are relaxing. The mind is directly connected to the body, and then, when the muscles relax the mind relaxes, too. What happens when you drink a glass of wine? The muscles relax. But, if you do some facial exercises, the muscles relax, the mind relaxes, and your pocket, liver, and a more rejuvenated face will thank you.
